Onyx works two different sides of Aventura, and treats them differently. On the east side, near the Intracoastal, that means condo tower valet and lobby pickups at addresses like Williams Island. On the west side, along Biscayne Boulevard, it means Aventura Mall arrivals, nearby hotel pickups, and the office corridor around Turnberry. Confirming which side a client is on before dispatch is the difference between a direct pickup and a loop through mall traffic.
Aventura is a small, dense city bounded by the Intracoastal Waterway to the east and Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) along its western edge. The William Lehman Causeway is the city's main east-west route, running from Biscayne Boulevard past the southwest corner of Aventura Mall and across the Intracoastal into Sunny Isles Beach. There is no interstate inside city limits — the nearest I-95 access is Exit 16 (Ives Dairy Road) to the west, roughly a mile from the Aventura Mall/Biscayne Boulevard corridor and farther still from addresses closer to the Intracoastal. At the center of it all sits the Turnberry Golf Course, ringed by Country Club Drive and the residential towers that give Aventura its skyline.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) is normally the geographically closer of the two major airports to Aventura, though Miami International (MIA) can still be the better choice for a specific nonstop, airline, schedule, or fare. President Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT, formerly PBI) in West Palm Beach is a longer trip and generally only worth it for a specific nonstop or fare. For a fuller side-by-side, including how the two closer airports compare for this specific city, see the Aventura transportation guide.
Corporate accounts based in the Turnberry office corridor use Onyx for recurring travel to Brickell and Downtown Miami meetings. Families and residents book airport runs and Aventura Mall arrivals. Building staff at the Intracoastal towers are used to the same Onyx standard showing up on schedule, whichever vetted chauffeur is assigned.
Several Aventura buildings share similar names — Turnberry Isle and the towers on Williams Island are easy to mix up over the phone (Turnberry Ocean Club, despite the name, is in neighboring Sunny Isles Beach, not Aventura). Giving the exact building name and city when you book avoids a wrong-address pickup.

The same 2026 Chevrolet Suburban RST handles a Williams Island valet pickup and an Aventura Mall arrival on the same afternoon. Seating for up to six passengers. Luggage capacity depends on passenger count, suitcase dimensions, child seats, strollers, golf bags, and whether every seating row is required — confirmed before booking, whether it's a family arriving with bags or a full car for a Turnberry meeting.
